7. Meditation a Powerful Tool

We need practices that can help bring us peace of mind on a long-term basis. Scientific research has shown that Meditation is one of the best practices to improve our mental well-being, reducing stress and anxiety in our life.

As a Leader we can show to ourselves and others how serious we are about maintaining good mental health. Through a sustained practice we can show others that through small efforts and perseverance it is possible to make positive changes. Meditation is a powerful tool to centre the mind and bring peace of mind even into the busiest of days.

Our solutions do not have to be the same, tailoring it for the individual or organisation. An example of using meditation and its timeless wisdom can also be brought into many aspects of our lifestyle we are already familiar with, such as music, walking and being in nature. Meditation can be a hobby for some and a way of life for others, it doesn’t matter as long as we see results.
