Our Coaching Programme is for those looking to improve their own personal well-being or help bring clarity, focus and strategic thinking into their work. 

This 1:1 programme focuses on you at the core, and will be tailored to meet your specific needs.  All programmes start with understanding your current health and well-being choices and what you want to achieve.  The programme supports personal transformation and growth, uses well-established practices, and is guided by a senior teacher.  

The programme will help establish positive mindset habits and set you on the right path for long term success.  The 1:1 programme requires a level of commitment to achieve optimum results, although you will be supported along the way.  If you are an employee we recommend talking to your employer first to see if this programme can be supported by your organisation.

Overall, the programme will bring about an improved level of clarity, focus, peace of mind and the ability to prioritise work and personal demands.  For Leaders in the workplace the benefits of focusing on your own mental well-being can be clearly seen through improved people management, strategic decision making, and the management of stress.  We focus on feeling well, which means whatever you do, you can do with more ease and lightness.
