Inner8 offers 1:1 coaching, courses in Meditation and Strategy for Leaders looking to improve their own well-being and/or the well-being of their teams and organisation. We are passionate about improving leadership behaviours and believe that one’s own wellbeing is central to the role of a leader. Our brand and vision are built on authenticity and a philosophy deep rooted in ancient principles and practices. It doesn’t stop there; we have adapted these principals to the modern-day leader who understands the benefits of mindful leadership, but may not necessarily have time to make it a way of life. That’s our job at Inner8, we make it easy for you!
Inner8’s Journey to Present Day
Our ideas started in 2020, the year of the Global Pandemic. A challenging year for many. Our Founder Reena Patel had already built a successful Yoga and Meditation community. Stuck with limited options for continuing or expanding, she saw an opportunity to help more people. Frustrated with the lack of understanding and support for mental health among leadership, combined with a passion to reach more people, Reena decided that the only sustainable way to improve the populations health would be to help leaders who already have existing networks.
Since our inception we have had support from the following people, projects, and organisations:
