Breath Work Classes

Our Live & Online Breath Work Class takes please each week on Thursday at 6.30am – 7.30am (UK time)

Yoga Class information:  the class will be projected on a large screen in our dedicated online studio space.  We will practice stretching including Sun Salutations, cleansing breathing techniques, Alternate Nostril Breathing, other simple breathing techniques, relaxation, and a short meditation at the end.

Class Benefits: helps pacify the nervous system, improves breathing, reduces stress, and generally improves physical and mental well-being. You will feel energised and positively ready for the day ahead.

Book a Class: booking is open up to 15 minutes before the class starts. To book your class, click ‘Book Now’.  On payment your receipt will be instantly emailed to you. We use international card payment system Stripe.  We will forward the Zoom link just before the class starts.

Class Pass: It is also possible to purchase a Class Pass, in which case the links will automatically be sent to you before each class.  If you prefer to pay via direct bank transfer, please email us for the details.
