Currently there are no weekly classes.
Yoga Class Information: the class will be projected on a large screen. We will practice stretching, including Sun Salutations, cleansing breathing techniques, Alternate Nostril breathing, other simple breathing techniques, relaxation, and a short meditation.
Class Benefits: helps pacify the nervous system, improves breathing, reduces stress, and generally improves physical and mental well-being. You will feel energised and positively ready for the day ahead.

Book a Class: booking is open up to 15 minutes before the class starts. To book your class, click ‘Book Now’. On payment your receipt will be instantly emailed to you. We use international card payment system Stripe. We will forward the Zoom link on the day of the class.
