Course Outcomes
After completing the course, you will have a thorough foundation on the main principles of Meditation. The course will also provide a solid foundation on which to build your own practice and establish a short meditation routine if that’s your wish.
Course Duration
The course requires a minimum of 4 x 1 hour sessions, but can be tailored depending on the number of individuals and the depth of learning required. We recommend 5 sessions for optimal learning.
